Always carry the cake from the base.

Cakes are fragile when it comes to heat. Too much heat or sunlight can cause the cake to melt and shift.

When transporting the cake needs to be:

* On a flat surface

*In a cool area

*Unable to slide around.

Cake/pastries need to stay at 65 degrees or below until ready to serve.

• Idahome Sweets takes every measure to ensure every product is stable structurally. Due to the delicate nature of our products Idahome Sweets is not liable of any damages to the product once delivered or picked up by the customer. Each product is photographed before pickup or after delivery. After pickup or delivery the customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the product.

• Requests for refunds due to improper handling will not be issued.
